We believe girls and women need positive female role models and support for their creative endeavors! Get involved with GRCB and help actualize our mission by becoming a strong, positive female mentor.

We are constantly working to cultivate a supportive community of peers and positive female mentors that encourage and teach girls to be their own rock heroes, allowing them to think differently about limits that may be placed upon them by our society.

Girls Rock Campaign Boston and Ladies Rock Camp Boston Sessions are 100% Volunteer run! We would be nowhere without the support, hard work, and dedication of our volunteers. We offer a variety of positions for both musical and non-musical women

GRCB Summer Sessions: Support girls ages 8 to 17 during our week long summer program working to empower girls and encourage positive self esteem through music education and performance.  Learn More>>

Ladies Rock Camp Boston: Support women during our intensive 3 day program that uses music education and performance as tools for empowerment while raising funds to support scholarships during the summer program. Learn More>>

GRCB BEATS: Support our first in-school after school program for girls in 3rd-8th grades! During BEATS girls are engaging in music, art, and educational workshops, creating music electronically, collaborating, and so much more!  Learn More>>

Club GRCB: Support youth in 6th-12th grades during our year round program, Club GRCB. During Club, youth meet once a week to form bands, write original songs, record their music, make music videos and perform at the end of the semester! Learn More>>

-All volunteers must be at least 19 years of age at the time of GRCB, BEATS and Club sessions OR 21 years of age at the time of LRCB sessions.
-Space for volunteers is limited, please apply early for best consideration.
-While our programming is guided by the experiences of girls and women, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports and welcomes a wide range of marginalized gender identities and expressions. We welcome girls, women, trans, and gender nonconforming youth and adults.
-All new volunteers will be interviewed and a background check is required for volunteers.
-All volunteers must attend our mandatory volunteer orientation for their session.
