Mayté Antelo-Ovando she/her (Clerk, 2020-Present) was most recently the Director of Clinical Services at Heading Home, and has just launched her own MaytéPsychConsulting. Mayté holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in School Psychology, a Master’s of Science in Educational Psychology, and an Early Intervention Certificate from Northeastern University. She also holds a Master’s degree focused in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. When not working she can be found singing, writing and asking questions.
“If it weren’t for GRCB and LRC I would not have taken some of the risks I have taken, like performing in a musical or being in a band, but what is most impactful is how being involved with GRCB has amplified my voice and helped me confidently speak out against unfair treatment… because you know what we do with the status quo…we change it.”
Dorothy “Dee” Clark she/her (Treasurer, 2020-Present) is the editor of Historic New England magazine and works as an adjunct faculty member at the Boston Architectural College. Dorothy serves on the Board of Directors for Jamaica Plain’s Loring Greenough House, chairing the Community Education Committee. Dorothy holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has worked for the Bay State Banner, the Boston Herald, and the Boston Globe.

Sommer Coutu she/her (member, 2021 – Present) is a legal executive at a global technology company, and has been a practicing attorney since 2003. Sommer relocated to the Boston area from Austin, Texas in 2019. Prior to moving, Sommer was active in the Girls Rock Austin community and served on its Board from 2012-2015.
“From the first moment I volunteered, I knew what had been missing in my life – and in the world. No matter how many times I attend a final showcase, it brings tears to my eyes. What this organization brings to the lives of its participants and its community at large is truly transformative. I want to do everything I can to make this experience possible for every single person out there that wants or needs to experience the power of confidence and community that this organization fosters.”
Brooke Feinberg she/her (member, 2021 – Present) Brooke Feinberg’s career at Dr. Martens centers on the GRCB-friendly theme of “Rebellious Self-Expression” where she focuses on training & development and retail store management. Brooke holds a degree in journalism from Boston University with a background in public speaking & debate. Community is her first and foremost love, working passionately to improve diversity and inclusion with her involvement in the Boston Music Awards, Bust Out Boston, and GRCB. Brooke first participated in LRCB as a participant in 2013 and has since been actively involved with the events team and in various positions working with youth. She first learned how to play at a 2014 ladies rock event and the band formed there, Radium Girls, gigged to packed venues for the next 6 years.

Colette Greenstein (member, 2021 – Present) An alumna of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Colette Greenstein has worked as an entertainment publicist for more than 20 years. She began her career in radio as Promotions Director for urban contemporary radio station WILD-AM. From there, Colette transitioned to the world of stand-up comedy, music and independent cinema handling publicity, marketing and branding for The Comedy Connection in Boston, Showcase Live in Foxboro, Massachusetts, the Roxbury International Film Festival, and the Women in Comedy Festival. The Boston, Mass. native currently works as a publicist at Berklee College of Music and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America. She is also a contributing arts & entertainment writer for the Bay State Banner and is an associate Member of the Boston Association of Black Journalists. In 2014, Ms. Greenstein served as a professional mentor for Strong Women, Strong Girls and was a member of Boston Women in Media & Entertainment.
Amy Lieb she/her (member, 2021 – Present) is the founder of Strategy Punks, LLC, a niche strategy consulting firm focused on small, under-resourced non-profit organizations working in the areas of family care, education and career readiness, and community health. In combination with her strategy consulting expertise, Amy is a serial leader and builder of local non-profit organizations, most recently as the Director of Project Management and Innovation Manager at Ariadne Labs, a global health partnership focused on improving patient care. Prior to Ariadne Labs, Amy worked as Director of Strategy and Operations at Close To Home, a domestic violence prevention organization in Fields Corner, Dorchester. Amy has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Political Economy from Williams College. Amy is mom to two teenagers in the Boston Public Schools, and calls West Roxbury home.

Jaime Lederer she/her (member, 2021 – Present) is a public health social worker passionate about youth-led and community-based advocacy and leadership. She currently works at Cambridge Health Alliance in the Community Health Improvement Department where she utilizes a racial justice and health equity lens leading youth initiatives and mental health awareness training. She holds a Masters in Social Work and Masters in Public Health from Boston University. First coming to Ladies Rock Camp in 2012, she has volunteered with GRCB’s summer program and been a member of Events Team.
“GRCB has had a profound influence on my life in countless ways but more importantly I’ve seen firsthand how GRCB has made a positive impact in the lives of youth and adults as well as the greater Boston music community. Its powerful and unique model has a ripple effect and I look forward to supporting GRCB to help amplify youth voices to challenge the status quo and push us to imagine another world is possible!”
Chris Pienta they/them (Chair, 2019-Present) is the Vice President and owner of Northshore Numismatics and serves as an Administrative Team Member of the New Hampshire Teen Institute. Previous experience includes work with the Department of Children and Families in Dorchester as a Licensed Social Worker and a supervisor at an LGBT group home through The Home for Little Wanderers. Chris holds a BA from Oberlin College and is pursuing a Preservation Carpentry degree at North Bennet Street School. A Boston native, Chris currently resides in Hyde Park, MA.

I’m committed to volunteering with GRCB so I can help youth and adults find and use their voices, be their true selves, take up space and rock!”
Anamarie Rojas she/hers (member, 2021 – Present) is the Executive Assistant at Clearhaven Partners, a woman founded and managed private equity firm in Boston. She is a sustainer member of the Junior League of Boston where she served on the Board of Directors from 2016 – 2017. Anamarie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wellesley College and was a mentor for Strong Women Strong Girls. A California native, she currently lives in South Boston, MA.
“As a LRC participant and a Youth Band Manager, I’ve experienced first hand the magic that comes from GRCB. The program empowers participants with a toolkit (positive self talk! an inclusive vocabulary! musical skills!) and sends folx on their way to enrich themselves and the community. How cool is that?”

Jocelyn “JC” Climent she/her (Virtual Session Coordinator) has been involved with GRCB since 2011 as both a participant, volunteer and Musical Curriculum Director. JC joins the staff this year to co-develop GRCB’s Pilot Rock Remote: Digital Audio Sessions! As Virtual Session Coordinator, JC is excited to explore all of the different opportunities GRCB can take advantage of online, create new and dynamic music curriculum, and help plan what GRCB could look like in the future. In her spare time, JC plays drums in Thrust Club (which formed at LRCB 2012 and is still going strong!), roller skates, and obsesses over corgis on (and off) the internet. She holds BAs in Communications and Studio Art from Marymount Manhattan College. Originally from New York City, she currently resides in Somerville, MA. Leilani Roser (Curriculum Designer) received her MEd in Science Education from UMass Boston and has now worked in STEM/STEAM education as a teacher and consultant since 2009. She’s taught Biology in Boston Public Schools and developed hands-on workshops on topics including maker education for K-12 teachers at the MIT Edgerton Center, musical instrument engineering camp for teens and tweens at the Fundación Mustakis in Chile, and a remote audio production course for high school students through MIT Full STEAM Ahead. Since 2014, Leilani has been teaching drums and electronics to the next generation of musicians and gearheads at Girls Rock Campaign Boston. Leilani joins the staff this year to design and implement curriculum for the pilot season of GRCB’s Rock Remote: Digital Audio Sessions, and can’t wait to see this year’s participants virtually MELT SOME FACES!
