GRCB 2020-2023 Strategic Focus

Girls Rock Campaign Boston has been successfully offering transformational music education and mentoring programs to girls, women, and youth and adults with marginalized gender identities since 2010. After a decade of programming, we have turned a corner as an organization, and have seized the opportunity to do deep reflective work around our organization’s history, the impact of our work so far, and our progress towards achieving our mission. After a year-long strategic planning process, engaging hundreds of community members, we have charted a bold and innovative path forward designed to position GRCB as a more effective, collaborative, inclusive, and resilient organization so that we may further our mission and continue to uphold our firmly held values.
