POUND Workout for GRCB!

Let your “inner rock star” take center stage with POUND, the total-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. POUND transforms drumming into an amazingly effective and fun way of working out, and all body types and fitness levels are welcome.

Participants use Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks designed specifically for exercising, and prior drumming experience is not required. All you need is the desire to work up a sweat, the energy to get with the beat, the courage to make noise, and the imagination to be a rock star!

POUND Pros Kristen Bonstein and Dorothy Clark will lead you in this incredible one-hour fitness performance. We rock by the POUND philosophy:
